Why this page is empty right now
A listing on this site is not a form a firm fills out. Before any firm appears here, this site's operator runs a disclosed outreach process with Texas firms, and separately checks that firm's license status against the State Bar of Texas on a stated date. Neither step has happened yet, so publishing names here would mean either fabricating firms (which this site does not do, on any page that is not explicitly marked as a design mock) or listing a firm whose license status has not actually been checked. This page waits instead.
How a listing will work, once there is one
- License status, not a recommendation. Every listing will show "Texas license status checked on [DATE]", never "bar-verified lemon-law attorney." A license check is not a judgment about competence, and this site does not rank, match, or recommend attorneys to readers.
- Self-reported practice focus, labeled as such. A firm's description of what it handles is the firm's own claim, not this site's assessment, and will be labeled that way on the listing.
- Objective experience, separately sourced. Where it exists, a fact like "appears in N published Texas lemon law proceedings" will be its own sourced field, drawn from this site's decisions research rather than from the firm's own claims.
- Sponsored placements, separated and labeled. A paid placement sits outside the roster, is labeled in words (not color alone), and is never sorted into the listing itself or presented as a match for any reader's situation. See the advertising policy.
Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, and Fort Worth pages are planned only where each would carry materially unique content: distinct attorneys, local court or process facts, local resources, not a template with the city name swapped. With zero listings, none of that exists yet. Expect zero to two metro pages at launch, built only once there is something genuinely local to say.
